What does a session look like?

An initial session of up to 1 hour is a meeting with parent and child to assess what the root cause(s) might be.

I teach you some simple movements to do at home which will take 5-10 minutes each day.

Reassessment is usually every 4 weeks or as required.

Fee per session - £40.

I am happy to have a telephone conversation before you book an initial appointment to check whether rhythmic movement treatment would be appropriate.

Where and when?

Sessions are available on Saturdays at the Exhale Studio, The Storey Institute, Meeting House Lane, Lancaster, LA1 1TH.

Exhale Studio is a beautiful, nurturing environment which also hosts pregnancy yoga, meditation and massage.
